Operating entity

The Oliu™ network is operated by Oliu™ Inc., a Canadian federally incorporated company, jointly owned by We Know Training and Credivera, and headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta. As the network opens to third-party issuers, the commercial ownership structure is separated from the network's governance through an independent not-for-profit entity — the Canadian Credential Trust Authority — being established to own the network's public-trust functions. Issuer agreements

Credentialing authorities that issue credentials into the Oliu™ network do so under a separate written agreement with Oliu™ Inc. Nothing on this page modifies or supersedes those agreements.
